To help more clients with our unique approach and further accelerate our growth, we’re expanding our commercial team with an all-round marketing professional who combines strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution. Someone who can translate our story into visibility, engagement, and new leads. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Nurture & engage: Build and run campaigns that keep potential clients engaged over the long term. With our long sales cycles, staying top of mind is key. 

• Strengthen thought leadership: Help position Vention as a trusted expert in product development. Plan, create, and share content that shows what we stand for and what we can do. 

• Generate new leads: Work with partners and digital tools to target the right prospects and fill the funnel with new opportunities. 

• Marketing & events: Support broader marketing initiatives like organizing events, optimizing our online presence, and reaching out to media. 

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, focused on lead generation and nurturing 

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach 

• Creative, data-driven, and curious 

• Skilled in content creation (writing, visuals, storytelling) 

• Experience with AI-driven marketing tools, SEO, LinkedIn, and email campaigns 

• Fluent in Dutch and English 

• Affinity with technology and innovation
